Yes, we ship marine engines to customers across Europe and internationally. Our headquarters in Gdańsk, Poland, provides excellent logistics connections for reliable delivery.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination

  • Delivery times vary by location—we provide estimated timelines with each order

  • For international shipments, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees

  • We ensure all engines are properly crated and secured for safe transport

What warranty coverage comes with your engines?

All engines we supply are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, not a third-party warranty from our company.

Can you help with installation or recommend a mechanic?

While we do not perform installation services ourselves, we are happy to assist with:

  • Installation guidance – Technical advice on compatibility, rigging, and best practices

  • Mechanic recommendations – We can suggest qualified marine technicians and workshops in your area, particularly in Poland and the Baltic region

  • Documentation – We provide all necessary manuals, specifications, and installation guides with your engine

We strongly recommend that engine installation, especially repowering projects, be performed by certified marine mechanics or experienced professionals. Proper installation is critical for safety, performance, and warranty validity.

What is your return and cancellation policy?

We comply with Polish consumer protection laws (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta), which provide specific rights for customers.

For consumers (private individuals):

  • Right of withdrawal: You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason

  • Condition: Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and documentation

  • Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective

For defective products:

  • If your engine arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately

  • We will work with you to arrange return, replacement, or repair in accordance with manufacturer warranty terms

Exceptions: Custom-ordered engines, products that have been installed or modified, and items specifically marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.
