Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Who Is Eligible

If you are a consumer (private individual purchasing for purposes outside your trade, business, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The 14-day withdrawal period begins:

  • For a single product: The day you acquire physical possession of the product

  • For multiple products ordered together: The day you acquire physical possession of the last product

  • For products delivered in separate shipments: The day you acquire physical possession of the last shipment

How to Withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires.

Returns for Defective Products

Legal Warranty (Rękojmia)

Under Polish law, you have a 2-year legal warranty (rękojmia) from the date of delivery for defects in the product.

Non-Returnable Items

How to Initiate a Return

A: No. Custom or made-to-order engines are non-returnable under the 14-day withdrawal right.
