Generally, manufacturer warranties cover:

  • Factory-specified components – Major engine components (block, heads, crankshaft, rotating assembly, etc.) when failure results from manufacturing defects

  • Labor for covered repairs – When repairs are performed at an authorized service center (coverage varies by brand; some warranties are parts-only)


5. What Is Not Covered

Manufacturer warranties typically do not cover:

Under the Polish Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny), if you are a consumer purchasing goods for purposes outside your trade or profession:

  • The seller (Electrical Marine Solutions sp. z o.o.) is liable for defects in the product for 2 years from the date of delivery

  • Chevrolet Performance / GM LS: No separate registration required; proof of purchase from an authorized source serves as warranty validation

10.1 General Crate Engine Break-In (Chevrolet, Ford, Mopar, BluePrint)
