Ford Performance Parts 427 C.I.D. Boss Short Block Assemblies
Ford Performance Parts 427 c.i.d. Boss short block assemblies provide you with the perfect foundation for building your high-horsepower Boss engine. They start out with an iron 4-bolt main Boss block with a 9.500 in. deck height, then add a 4.000 in. stroke steel crankshaft and a set of forged steel H-beam connecting rods with floating pins, and top that off with a set of 4.125 in. bore forged pistons. Ford Performance Parts 427 c.i.d. Boss short block assemblies require Boss cylinder head bolts or studs and Ford Performance Parts or aftermarket cylinder heads.
