RideTech 1965-79 F-100/F-150 IFS Suspension Systems

RideTech 1965-79 F-100/F-150 IFS suspension systems are bolt-in and super stout. Significantly more rigid and stronger than the original front suspension, kits are available with RideTech tall pin or hub spindles, and each kit is designed so you can install it yourself with hand tools and a little elbow grease.

Features, notes, and specs:

* Replaces bulky, heavy, poor handling twin I-beam suspension with a substantial H-style design
* Bolt-in cradle is super strong and strengthens the front of the truck while providing structural mounts for front control arms
* Superb suspension geometry
* Control arms are assembled with ball joints and Delrin® bushings for smooth, squeak-free, long-lasting performance
* Upper control arm cross shaft allows for easy alignment and use of caster slugs
* Adjustable steering stop on lower control arm
* Increased camber gain with tall spindle, 5 to 8 degrees of caster for improved high-speed stability
* Motor mount “loops” connect cradle to frame rails to reinforce frame
* Front sway bar measures 1.5 in. x .250 in. wall and provides confident cornering and smooth ride
* Adjustable bump stops
* Rack and pinion steering conversion with 15.5 in. center-to-center bushing mounts for 79 to 93 Mustang-style steering rack
* Billet adjustable tie rods
* Bump steer has been virtually eliminated
* High-quality satin black powdercoat finish
* Entire system saves approximately 130 lbs. from front of the truck
